Candidates can issue Duplicate Score Card here in case of loss. 

How is the Duplicate Score Card issued?

GATE 2013 scorecard will be issued to candidates on request to the “Chairperson, GATE 2013, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Powai, Mumbai 400076″.

In case the candidate loses the scorecard, he should send the FIR lodged in the police station of the area where the student lost the scorecard,

 The score card is accidentally damaged beyond recognition and the candidate produces an affidavit made in a court of law declaring that they (candidate) have accidentally damaged the original scorecard beyond recognition (cause should be mentioned), or accidentally damages the scorecard which is still recognizable, but cannot be used as a certificate any more, and sends the damaged scorecard.

The candidate will be issued a GATE 2013 scorecard with the word ‘Duplicate’ written on it and authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson, GATE 2013. The candidate has to first send the following:

An application on plain paper, requesting for duplicate GATE 2013 scorecard stating the reason and providing the appropriate document mentioned above.

The candidate’s GATE 2013 registration number must be mentioned in the application.

 A Demand Draft for Rs 250.00 drawn in favour of the “Registrar, IIT Bombay” as a fees for the duplicate scorecard.

 A self addressed A5 size envelope affixing postal stamp worth Rs

40 on it.
